My background in interior design, more than a decade running a home décor business, and experience with startups taught me how to spot potential, make a home stand out, and turn creative ideas into practical plans. Real estate keeps me learning because every home, every person, and every transaction calls for something different. That’s one of my favorite parts: there’s always room to grow.

Alongside my husband, John, I’m part of the Heering Home Team at 904 Realty, serving Greater Jacksonville, including Clay, Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau counties. I work with first-time homebuyers and specialize in helping buyers using VA loans and those relocating from out of state. For sellers, I bring my design background into staging and preparing a home, paired with thoughtful pricing and marketing to make the most of the sale.

Expect honest advice, thoughtful strategy, and a sense of humor when things get ridiculous. You’ll know when they do—my face usually gets there before my words. I’ll celebrate the possibilities with you, but I’ll also point out the things those beautiful photos conveniently missed. And if your home needs repairs, a little refresh, or a reality check before you list, I’ll say it, even if it’s not what you hoped to hear. My goal is to get you to yours with a clear plan, attention to detail, and as many laughs as we can handle along the way.
