I can't begin to describe how great it was to work with Tim. My wife and I got a recommendation from my sister and her husband as he had helped them buy a house. Our experience with this Realtor, has been above average. We bought our first home in Jacksonville with Tim in 2015. He was highly knowledgeable about the market, did not push us to going into review places outside of our budget and he listed and showed a great deal of intuition in regards to our overall needs in what we would want in a property. He kept us up to date on progress and what to expect each step of the way. Listing to concerns we might have with a seller, and helping us address these immediately. So we closed on our first home with Tim in Feb of 2015 as a rental and then had Tim help us with a home we would then live in in this area. We again were more than pleased with the support, options and dedication on Tim's part for us to be happy with our purchase long term.
